Ada Goldfeld
Role Models
October 18 - November 29, 2014
New York
Ada Goldfeld explores themes of intimacy, memory and gender constructs through paintings of private, every day—often ignored—moments. Her interest in representational painting has driven her not to recreate reality, but rather to frame reality from a new perspective. Her work, in other words, asks viewers to look again at the overlooked. Goldfeld received a B.A. in Art History and Religion from Tufts University and a B.F.A. in Fine Arts from the School of the Museum of Fine Arts, Boston.
