ABOUT THE ARTIST
Edoardo Menini (b. 1955, Brescia, Italy) is an artist and musical composer known for his innovative fusion of painting and music, particularly jazz. His work showcases a unique blend of techniques and mediums, evolving from traditional watercolors and pastels to intricate collages. This interplay allows him to create "music on canvas," where rhythmic and harmonic elements of jazz are translated into dynamic visual forms.
Menini had his first exhibition at Sala Studio Frassati, Rezzato. His works have been exhibited at the Museo della Permanente di Milano (2009), Art Basel Miami Beach (2016), Galleria Civica G. Segantini, Arco di Trento (2006), Mercante in Fiera, Parma (2015, 2016), and Bowery House, New York among others.
